Does Sukeen guarantee its product?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each pack of Sukeen towel is hand checked by a member of Team Sukeen before shipment to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your towel arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

The following reasons are covered by our 60-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(Sukeen is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)

If you discover we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or poor-quality products,please take pictures of the items you received and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 60-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

1. Cooling towels that have been used, damaged, washed or smell different are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that were used, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

The following reasons are covered by our 60-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and Silviax only refund 50% fee)

Should you wish to return your item(s), because you chose the wrong size/color/material, don’t like the towel, personal reasons due to changed mind,etc, please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record).

Please note that returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than Sukeen error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required) Please be advised that expedited shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Change Order

All Sukeen towels are carefully arranged. Normally, we need 5-10 business days to process. During production, we are not able to change the material and color. All products will be completed according to your order.

Should you change the material or color, Silviax need to charge 50% fee to re-personalize a new one for you.

Cancel Order

All our towels are in stock(Except for pre-sold products) as we are working to deliver your order ASAP. Should you cancel the order within 24 hours, Sukeen will process the full refund.

Should you cancel the order within 48 hours but over 24 hours,Sukeen will charge 10% processing fee. Should you cancel the order after 48 hours, Sukeen will charge 50% processing fee.

Lost Parcel

Should the parcel lost in transit, Sukeen re-customize new item(s) and re-arrange shipment for free. Due to insufficient/wrong address, or the parcel can’t be pick up in time,Silviax can cover the product fee to re-customize new item(s) but not shipping fee.Please make sure the address,zip code and tel are all right while ordering.
